(WPRI) — A teen girl was rescued by emergency crews after she was run over and pinned by a car.
According to police, the 18-year-old driver was pulling out of a parking lot at a Raquet Ball club in Waltham on Wednesday when she hit the 14-year-old girl and another man.
Two police officers and a firefighter jacked the car up and freed the child. She was seriously injured but is expected to be okay.
The other victim suffered only minor injuries.
Police believe glare from the sun is to blame for the crash.
