Ennio’s Pan-Seared Bone-In Pork Chop with Apples and Butternut Squash

Chef Brian A. Meier from Pamfilio’s stopped by Monday to show us how to make Ennio’s Pan-Seared Bone-In Pork Chop with Apples and Butternut Squash.

Ingredients:

  • Bone-in Pork Chop
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Crushed Coriander Seed
  • Corn Oil

For the Apple Chutney:

  • Fuji Apples
  • Peppadews with Juice
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Simple Syrup
  • Parsley

For the Butternut Squash:

  • 1” Diced Squash tossed with:
  • Rosemary
  • Sage
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients for Bone-In Pork Chops

Steps:

  1. Heat pan. Add small amount of corn oil.
  2. Season chop with salt and black pepper. Sear on all sides.
  3. Place in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until desired doneness.

For the Butternut squash:

  • Toss 1” diced squash with rosemary, sage, salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil.
  • Roaste in the oven at 350 degrees until done.
