Ramos was fatally stabbed in the early morning hours of Sunday, March 2, on Atwells Avenue while trying to break up an argument. Ramos’ brother, Clyde, was also injured and transported to the hospital the night of the stabbing, but his injuries were said to be minor.

Both Eric Souza, 29 of Assonet, Mass. and Justin Santerre, 32, of Fall River have been arraigned on charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Police believe Santerre delivered the fatal stab wounds that killed Ramos.
