Potential for late season Nor’easter

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – A storm bringing the potential for a significant amount of snow is scheduled to arrive late Tuesday night.

The Pinpoint Weather Team is tracking a Nor’easter which will arrive early this week. While the exact track of the storm is still uncertain at this point, a track close to the New England coast will bring heavy winds, several inches of snow and some possible coastal flooding. A track further out to see would lessen the blow.

The potential exists for a plowable amount of snow late Tuesday night into the Wednesday morning commute.

Stay tuned to Eyewitness News for updates on what could shape up to be a significant early spring storm.
