We might have taken them as little kids, but recent studies show that taking naps as an adult can be beneficial for your health!

New research shows that short naps, like 10-20 minute “power naps,” can improve energy and alertness.

Longer naps, around 60-90 minutes, may help with memory and learning ability.

Long naps are especially great for you, physically and mentally, if you have a hard time getting your eight hours at night.
