EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – This week on Newsmakers: Cranston Mayor Allan Fung, Republican candidate for governor. In the wake of a state police investigation that found a police union president ordered parking tickets to be issued in the wards of two city councilman who voted down a contract, Fung talks about an upcoming special city council meeting called to address questions about the controversy. Fung also stands by a recent campaign ad where his opponents comments were edited. Fund also weighs in on the legalization of marijuana, the 38 Studios bond and the pension settlement.
