The Buzz: How much sleep do you need?

The sunny weather might help you wake up, but overalls, Mondays are usually pretty tough. And May 12 happens to be Fatigue Syndrome Day.

There’s some good news for those who have a hard time getting enough sleep. The magic number for hours of sleep needed per night is no longer eight, as once believed. It’s seven.
