(WPRI) – Baby food makers and toddler’s pajamas that could catch fire have made this week’s recalls list.
Hamilton Beach is recalling a baby food maker due to a potential defect. The company says the use of the slicing/shredding disk with the motor shaft adapter can cause the stainless steel pin in the food bowl lid to loosen and fall into the food.
The company has received four reports of this happening but no injuries have been reported. The baby food maker was sold nationwide at various stores including Walmart.com from September 2013 though February 214 for $90.
Consumers should contact Hamilton Beach for free replacement parts.
