FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) — Fall River police are reaching out to the public for assistance in tracking down a shooting suspect considered to be armed and dangerous.
Nathaniel Anton Lewis, 27, is wanted for his involvement in a shooting on July 6 on Shove Street, according to city police. His last known address was 70 Barrows St., and police said he also has ties to the Boston area.
Charges pending against Lewis are assault to murder with a firearm, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm with 500 feet of a dwelling, possessing ammunition without an identification card, and carrying a firearm without a license.
The public is urged not to approach Lewis, but rather report any information that could lead to his arrest, such as his location, clothing worn, or vehicles driven. A cash reward is being offered for information that leads to Lewis’s capture.
