ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) — An Attleboro man was arrested Tuesday after he and his girlfriend brought their baby to the hospital with a broken arm, and doctors found evidence of older injuries.
Joshua Pulsinelli, 25, pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday to felony assault and battery and reckless endangerment of a child.
Doctors at Hasbro Children’s Hospital told police the 3-month-old boy suffered a broken right arm and rib injuries, some of which had already started to heal.
Bail for Pulsinelli was set at $1,500. He is due back in court in October.
