Hasbro Children’s Hospital and Dunkin’ unveil safety initiative

Dunkin’ Donuts has launched a new initiative with Hasbro Children’s Hospital focused on the safety of our community. Thursday, the two groups unveiled their new “4-Safety” program, unveiling the program’s community outreach van, to tour the area.

The program will host local events to provide safety information to kids and their families through the “4-Safety” van.

Over the past few years, more than one-third of child deaths were due to serious injuries, many of which were accidental and preventable.

The Rhode Show caught up with the Director of the Injury Prevention Center at Hasbro Children’s Hospital who talked about the great partnership between Hasbro and Dunkin’ Donuts.
