Fall River man arrested for alleged indecent assault

BOSTON (WPRI) – A Fall River man is arrested in connection with the indecent assault of a woman in Boston.

Boston Police arrested Nieto Wagner, 36, of Fall River at around 10pm Saturday night. Police say the victim alleges she was walking in the city’s north end at around 2:45am on Saturday, when she was approached by a man. The victim says they talked briefly and then the suspect grabbed her in an indecent manner and ran off.

The victim described the suspect as a Hispanic male in his early 30s, approximately 5’7”-5’9” tall. Boston Police searched for the suspect that night, but were unable to locate them, later Saturday night, police arrested Nieto Wagner.

Wagner is expected to appear in Boston Municipal Court Monday.
