In the Kitchen: Meat Lovers’ Omelet

We’re making a Meat Lovers’ Omelet with Chef George Doumaney of Portsmouth Publick House.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Eggsportsmouth publick house omelet ingredients
  • Bacon
  • Chourico
  • Sausage
  • Cream
  • Butter
  • Chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Potatoes for homefries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Dice all meats and cook in fry pan.
  2. Add a few pinches of chili powder.
  3. Crack eggs in a bowl and add a touch of cream, then whisk together until frothy.
  4. Pour in hot buttered pan and cook eggs.
  5. Flip egg when side is done.
  6. Place cooked meat and cheese on egg and fold then serve.
