Mommy and me workout: Fitness tips for parents

If you’re a new mom or even a dad looking a for new routine, Ryan Bate, PETA’s Sexy Vegan joined The Rhode Show with his wife and son to share some workout tips.

  • Glute raises: Mom lays on her back with knees up, and puts baby on her stomach. She then lifts hips and hold baby’s hands.
  • Chest press: Mom lays on her back with knees up, and holds baby over her chest while pushing up and down.
  • Quad extensions: Mom lays on her back with legs in the air, and lifts baby up by raising her feet.
  • Shoulder press: Mom sits up with legs crossed, and lifts baby over her head.
