Patriots winning streak ends

GREEN BAY (AP) – The Green Bay Packers remain atop the NFC North after ending the New England Patriots’ seven-game winning streak.

Aaron Rodgers threw for 368 yards, no interceptions and a pair of first-half touchdowns as the Packers downed the Pats 26-21. Rodgers’ 45-yard scoring strike to Jordy Nelson put the Packers ahead 23-14 just before halftime.

Davante Adams was Rodgers’ primary target with six receptions for 121 yards.

Eddie Lacy ran for 98 yards and had key carries while Green Bay was trying to kill the clock in the fourth quarter.

Tom Brady was 22 of 35 for 245 yards and two touchdowns for the 9-3 Patriots, whose lead in the AFC east is two games over Buffalo.

Green Bay tops its division by one game over Detroit at 9-3.
