Tips for nutritious food during the busy holidays

Holiday shopping can be all-day adventure, and many of us don’t always have a nutritional plan before rushing out the door in the morning.

Nutrition expert Rachel Beller joined The Rhode Show Thursday to share tips on preparing quick and healthy snacks and meals for this busy time of year.
