Charges dropped against so-called ‘foot licker’

NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) — A convicted rapist known infamously as the “foot licker” is no longer facing charges stemming from an incident in North Attleboro earlier this year.

Prosecutors dropped the charges against Raymond Dublin after the alleged victim failed to testify at trial.

Dublin was accused of leaving a sexually explicit note on a woman’s car back in January.

He’s set to go on trial next month for similar allegations in Seekonk.

Dublin was dubbed the “foot licker” for licking women’s feet in a Woonsocket store in 2002. In March he was sentenced to nearly seven years in prison on a probation violation for failing to comply with sex offender counseling, leaving the state without permission, and engaging in sexually explicit behavior.
