The Buzz: New Year’s Resolutions

(WPRI) — Every new year we reflect on the year that has past, and look at ways we can improve ourselves.

Some of the most common changes people want to make could be eating healthier, losing weight or quitting smoking.

According to the latest research, about half of Americans make resolutions in January.

And about 59 percent of people who made resolutions for 2014 say they kept them!
