Resolve to take time for yourself

If your New Year’s Resolution is to devote more time for yourself and you’re not sure where to start, “Ms. Mindbody” Kate Hanley has advice for you. Start by getting to the root of the problem by asking “why”. Why do you need more time? Why are you feeling rundown? Etc.

Once you’ve gotten to the root, work on organization by keeping track of the amount of time you spend throughout your days and weeks. Hanley says it’s easier to make changes when you know what you’re working with. Look at your schedule and decide what you can do less of, ignore, or delegate.

Watch the video as Hanley shares her advice for devoting more time for you. She will help you realize that it is not impossible.
