Student designer wins SEED competition

StyleWeek Northeast presented their 4th SEED Student Design Competition last night.

The competition began in January of 2012 and continues to promote education in design and provide a platform for young designers to showcase their work. Hundreds of applicants submitted their ideas, but only 10 were selected to compete in this year’s challenge: to create a piece that represented themselves as both an artist and a designer from a sustainable point of view.

This year’s winner, Alexandra Bianchi, visited the show to talk about her winning look.
