BOSTON, Mass. (WPRI) — Jury selection continued on Wednesday in the trial for suspected Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Judge George O’Toole questioned more prospective jurors and said he has provisionally qualified more than 50 so far.

Tsarnaev’s lawyers have filed a third request to move the trial out of Massachusetts, saying that he will not be able to get a fair trial because too many residents have already made up their minds about him.

A federal appeals court will hear the argument on that filing on Thursday.
