The Buzz: Sleepy teens

February vacation is wrapping up this weekend, so hopefully you kids got enough rest!

According to a recent study, teens are getting less and less sleep.

Experts say teenagers between 15 and 19 should get at least 9 hours of sleep every night.

However, more than half of them are getting 7 hours or less.

Why are kids getting less sleep? Are we asking too much of them?
