Police searching for Fall River robbery suspect

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) — Police in Fall River are asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual who is accused of robbing a Shell Gas Station on Feb. 22.

Police say that officers responded to the Shell Station on South Main Street at approximately 8:40 p.m. after a robbery was reported. According to police, the clerk told officers that a man entered the store and demanded money from her.

Police say an undisclosed amount of money was taken and the man fled the area. No one was injured and no weapon was shown during the incident.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late twenties or early thirties, standing at 5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall. He is reported to be of medium build with blue or green eyes.
