Cooking: Chia Pudding

We’re making Chia Pudding with Holistic Health Coach Katie McDonald is here from bnourished.

Ingredients:
1 cup chia
3 cups milk alternative
3 Tbs or less agave or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
sea salt optional

chia pudding

Steps:
Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir until no clumps appear and all Chia seeds are coated.
Let sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes then serve or place covered in the fridge where it can remain for days.
