How ‘thank you’ and ‘well done’ can turn around your career

Friday, March 6 is National Employee Appreciation Day, which was created to encourage managers of all levels to support and reward their employees and to show their appreciation.

Eric Mosley, who has co-authored several books about the benefits of thanking employees, joined The Rhode Show to talk more about it.

His newest book, which Mosley co-authored, is called: The Power of Thanks, How Social Recognition Empowers Employees and Creates a Best Place to Work.”
