Family fun with a glow-in-the-dark Easter egg hunt

It’s almost time for a visit from the Easter bunny.

Mom blogger and digital journalist Courtney Caligiuri joined The Rhode Show Tuesday, to share a really cool DIY glow-in-the-dark Easter egg hunt game to make for the little ones.

Materials needed:

Glow bracelets- Can be found at local Target, Walmart or Dollar Store.

Plastic eggs- you’ll need the larger eggs for this.

Optional: prizes to put inside eggs

Follow the directions on the glow bracelets package and get them all glowing and ready to go.

Next, twist your bracelet around in a loop so it fits snugly in the egg.

If you plan on adding prizes or coins, place those in next. Close the egg up and do the same to the remaining eggs.

Once all eggs are completed they should glow for a couple of hours. But, Courtney recommends to hide them as soon as you’re finished so they are at their brightest.
