PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Serial killer Craig Price is facing disciplinary charges at a Florida prison for spitting on a correctional officer in December, the Target 12 Investigators learned.

Court documents obtained by Target 12 reveal prison officials say he has threatened to harm guards, stating:

“I’m going to kill every officer I can get my hands on, just like I killed those little kids.”

Price, now 41, was 15 years old when he admitted to the stabbing deaths of Joan Heaton and her two daughters, Melissa and Jennifer.

He also confessed to killing 29-year-old Rebecca Spencer two years earlier.

The Rhode Island Attorney General’s office is seeking more prison time for Price’s latest incident.

Price was transferred to Florida for security reasons, but he’s set to be released in a little over five years.
