NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) — A 2005 Hummer that once belonged to Aaron Hernandez has popped up for sale at a local used car lot. according to a Boston TV station.
According to WFXT, when the Hummer was originally seized by police in 2013 during the investigation into Odin Lloyd’s murder, investigators said they found a .45 Glock magazine in the vehicle. However, the station reported the vehicle was returned to the former NFL player after the judge refused to allow the SUV as evidence in the trial.

The lawyer for the Lloyd family handling the civil suit against Hernandez told WFXT he’s troubled to see the Hummer for sale.
“What that says is that somebody outside of the jailhouse is acting on Mr. Hernandez’s behalf,” said Douglas Sheff. “Now if they’re acting on his behalf in respect to a $30,000 Hummer, maybe they’re acting on his behalf in respect to millions of dollars of assets — and that’s what we’re interested in.”
Hernandez was convicted of first-degree murder three weeks ago in the shooting death of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd.
Hernandez currently faces four civil lawsuits from Lloyd’s family while he serves his life sentence.
