CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — A Providence man is being held without bail, charged with sexually assaulting two teenagers.
After an extensive investigation, a search led Cranston police to 31-year-old Sergio Resto. He was arrested on Thursday.
Resto is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in 2014 and a 16-year-old boy back in May.
According to police, both victims were residing with Resto in Cranston at the time of the alleged assaults.
Resto was arraigned at the Kent County District Court on two counts of first degree child molestation, second degree child molestation and first degree sexual assault.
