Police believe the brown-haired, brown-eyed girl was about four-years-old.

She is also described as being about three-and-a-half feet tall, weighing approximately 30 pounds.

Suffolk District Attorney Dan Conley said that an autopsy was performed on the girl that was found on Winthrop Island.

Her body was found in a plastic bag along the Boston Harbor last week.

Investigators also released images of a pair of polka dotted leggings and a zebra blanket that were found inside the plastic bag.

The girl’s identity and how she died still remain a mystery.

Anyone with information is asked to call Massachusetts State Police at (508) 820-2121.
