PLAINVILLE, Mass. (WPRI) — The NTSB has released a preliminary report on last month’s deadly plane crash in Plainville, Massachusetts.

Dr. Rick Kalister of Athens, Tennessee, along with his wife Betty and their college-aged daughter Nicole were killed when the plane crashed into a home, just minutes over the Rhode Island border.

According to the report, eyewitnesses reported seeing the small plane wobbling before it crashed into a residential home. And investigators confirmed they found three holes in the plane’s engine.

All three people on board the plane were killed in the crash. Everyone in the house was able to get out safely.
