Working out with Ryan Bate

Ryan Bate from the South County Adventure Boot Camp for Women joined The Rhode Show to show off a pair of 30 day challenges to get in shape.

Rhode Show, Rock and Roll!

Complete 10 sets every day for 30 days .
Equipment: 1 dice, stop watch
Start set 1 of 10: Roll the dice then add a zero to the end of the number that you rolled. Now complete each of the 6 exercises for that many seconds.
For example: If you rolled a 5, you would add a zero to make it 50. Then you would complete each of the 6 exercises for 50 seconds.
Beginners only: Complete a minimum of 7 sets

  1. Pushups
  2. Squats
  3. Skips
  4. Lunges
  5. Shoulder Press
  6. Rows

Run Rhode Show Run

Task: On Day 1 you will go out and run for a least 1 minute.

On Day 2 you will go out and run for at least 2 minutes.

Simply continue this cycle of adding an extra minute of running on to each day until you finally reach the full 30 minutes and complete the 30 day challenge.
