Home, vehicles struck by gunfire in New Bedford neighborhood

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WPRI) — Police are investigating after shots were fired in a New Bedford neighborhood Thursday night.

City police received several reports of gunfire in the area of Park and Middle Streets at about 9:30 p.m.

Officers responded to the area and found a house and two vehicles were struck.

There are no known victims, according to police.
