In the Kitchen: Traditional Greek Salad with Bovis Olive Oil

We’re making Traditional Greek Salad with Bovis Olive Oil with Sous Chef Phil Masotta of Rosalina.

Ingredients:
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Red onion
Green bell peppers
Kalamata olives
Capers
Banana peppers
Red wine vinegar
Salt
Oregano
Bovis olive oil

Directions:

1) Cut up all vegetables according to how large or small you would prefer.

2) Place them on a chilled plate in accordance to how artsy or rustic you would like and top with feta cheese.

3) Now salt everything on the plate and do the same with oregano.

4) Lastly sprinkle the dish with red wine vinegar and finish with a healthy amount of olive oil.
