In the Kitchen: Crab Cakes

Go Providence has brought us Chef Bob Burke from Pot Au Feu to make Crab Cakes.


6 saltine crackers
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. crab meat


6 saltine crackers crumpled and moistened with milk. Add remaining ingredients; shape into cakes. Fry or broil until golden brown.
