Disneyworld and Disneyland recently unveiled the new pricing for their signature seasonal passes, and the rates may cause some sticker shock to visitors.
For a season pass to Disneyworld, the rate is now $729 for Florida residents – up from $649 for the comparable Florida resident Premium Annual Pass; and $829 for those outside of Florida – up from $659.
For a top-of-the-line season pass to Disneyland, dubbed the “Signature Plus”, visitors can now expect to dish out $1,049 a year. The cost includes perks, such as parking and in-park discounts.
Disney is also considering fluctuating park pass costs, based on daily attendance, taking after the “Uber” car service system for charging customers.
Do you think this kind of seasonal pass is worth the cost? Do you travel to Disney with your family?
