Autumnfest ‘Ride All Rides for One Price’ postponed due to weather

WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Those looking to attend Autumnfest in Woonsocket Friday night will not be able to “Ride All Rides for One Price” because of the weather.

With rain and wind in the forecast, organizers elected to postpone the special pricing until Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. Attendees can ride all of the amusement rides by purchasing a bracelet for $25.

The rides will attempt to operate Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. if weather permits, though the cost will be the normal price.

Organizers apologized for any inconvenience this may cause.

The rides will be located in a vacant lot at the end of Landry Street. As a result, a number of traffic restrictions have been put in place and Woonsocket police warn drivers to anticipate heavy pedestrian traffic during the event.

Autumnfest will run from:

  • Friday, Oct. 9, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 10, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Sunday, Oct. 11, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Monday, Oct. 12, 11:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
