Focusing on cancer care and survivorship

With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, there’s a very special event coming up that will focus on cancer care and survivorship.

Theresa A. Graves, MD, FACS, of University Surgical Associates joined The Rhode Show Tuesday to discuss the upcoming  “Avenues of Healing” event, and things that are important to survivorship.

Join us on Saturday, Oct. 24, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, for an educational and entertaining event about managing stress, cancer care and survivorship.

The free event will feature keynote speaker Samantha Heller, MS, RDN, as well as a panel of experts discussing the latest in cancer care and survivorship moderated by Theresa A. Graves, MD, director of the Breast Center of the Comprehensive Cancer Center at Rhode Island Hospital

Attendees will be treated to brunch, exhibits and raffle prize drawings.
