BELLINGHAM, Mass. (WPRI) — Police are searching for the person who robbed a Bellingham bank this week.
Police said the suspect walked into the Dean Bank on Pulaski Blvd. shortly after 9 a.m. Wednesday. He passed a note to a teller, which said he had a gun.
The man fled on foot with cash toward Wrentham Road.
According to police, eyewitnesses described the suspect as very skinny, over 6-feet tall, with dark or olive skin and a distinctive jaw line. He was clean shaven, and was believed to be in his 30s.
Police said the suspect was wearing a black zip-up Champion hooded sweatshirt, a light blue Patriots cap, light-colored pants, and white sneakers. He also had curly long hair, though police said he may have been wearing a wig.
