‘Scouting for Food’ drive kicks off this weekend

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The 28th annual Scouting for Food drive kicks off again this weekend.

The Narragansett Council of the Boy Scouts of America will be dropping a notice at people’s homes Saturday – reminding them to put food back on their door step the following weekend.

Collection will begin on November 7th. The Boy Scouts will deliver all donations to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.
