PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A grand jury has indicted a Providence man accused of killing a woman and stabbing two others back in September.
The indictment charges David Allison, 34, with murder, assault with a dangerous weapon, and burglary.
Police said Allison stabbed Elba Feliciano, her sister, and a third woman in a home on Commodore Street on September 1st. Elba Feliciano died from her injuries.
According to police, one of the women stabbed Allison during the struggle. An off-duty officer who lived across street held Allison at gunpoint until police arrived.
Allison is scheduled to be arraigned on December 23rd.
