EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A Cumberland man is facing drunk driving charges after police said he crashed into a AAA tow truck early Saturday morning.

According to State Police, James Bernier crashed his car into the back of the tow truck, which was pulled over assisting another car with a flat tire, around 1 a.m. near Exit 8 on I-195 East.
