A look back at Buddy Cianci’s radio legacy

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Former Providence Mayor Vincent A. “Buddy” Cianci Jr. died Thursday. He was 74.

Cianci spent a lot of time on the radio throughout his career. He was well-known and a longtime radio personality, most recently at WPRO.
