In the Kitchen: Hummus and Grape Leaves

We’re making Hummus and Grape Leaves with Chef and Owner George Barsom of Livi’s Pockets.

GRAPE LEAVES
rice
Onions
Tomato paste
Black peppers
Salt
Pomegranate molasses
Parsley
Sautee onions first with garlic
Add cup rice
Slat peppers
Add the rest and mix well
And start the stuffing
Put in the the sauce pan
Add 2 cups of water for 45 minutes on medium heat

HUMMUS

salt
lemon juice
garlic
tahani paste
blend in a food processor
