Police: Tires slashed in Twin River parking lot

LINCOLN, R.I. (WPRI) — Someone slashed the tires of more than a dozen cars in the Twin River parking lot Tuesday night, according to Lincoln police.

Captain Philip Gould said officers responded to the casino around 9:30 p.m., and found 13 cars with punctured tires.

Gould said the vandalism appeared to be the work of one suspect who chose cars at random.

The captain said detectives are reviewing surveillance footage and working a couple of leads.
