Police: Pedestrian hit by stolen car in Fall River

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) — Police in Fall River are investigating after a pedestrian was struck by a stolen vehicle.

According to Fall River police officials, a call came in around 4:15 p.m. saying a pedestrian had been hit on Quequechan Street near a school.

The victim was transported to St. Anne’s Hospital for treatment.

Police said the car, a green Lincoln LS, was stolen out of Fairhaven before hitting the victim.

According to police, officials are still searching for the car and driver.
