Dartmouth cops seek ‘Elvis’ in Sears theft, police chase

DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WPRI) — Dartmouth police are hoping the public can help an “Elvis” look-a-like get his “Jailhouse Rock” on.

The suspect was captured on surveillance camera stealing about $400 worth of merchandise from Sears in the city.

Police said the suspect then led officers on a chase that went all the way to the Rhode Island border before it was called off.

According to a police Facebook post, the suspect was driving a black Ford Taurus with Massachusetts plates.

Police ask anyone who has information that could lead to identifying him, to contact Detective Kyle Costa at (508) 910-1755 or send a private message via the department’s Facebook page.
