Police seeking information on vehicle seen near Somerset crash

SOMERSET, Mass. (WPRI) – Investigators are asking the public for information on a vehicle that may be involved in a fatal crash in Somerset Friday.

According to the Massachusetts State Police, 55 year-old Philip Imprescia of Fall River died Friday morning when his SUV rolled over on 195 West near the Braga Bridge. Police said that it appeared that he had swerved to avoid debris in the right travel lane.

Saturday, the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office asked for anyone who saw a blue pickup truck in the area of Exits 3 or 4 at about 10:15 a.m. Friday. The truck had filing cabinets in the truck bed. Witnesses told police that the truck, occupied by two Caucasian men, was seen stopped near Exit 3 shortly after the crash.
