PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Nineteen Providence College students displaced by a windswept fire last week have all received new off-campus housing.
Providence College tells Eyewitness News that the students’ off-campus landlord was able to provide them with new apartments in the same Elmhurst section of Providence where the raging fire broke out.
Providence College is also assisting the students by providing furniture, books, and counseling.
