In the Kitchen: Potato Cakes

Chef Rob Pekrul from The Classic Cafe joined The Rhode Show to make Potato Cakes and the “Kiss My Hash” Omelet and Potato Cakes.

Ingredients:

1 cup of shredded white potato
3 lbs. red potatoes
1/4 lb. butter
1 cup 1/2 & 1/2
1/2 cup minced onions
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. granulated garlic
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
